PAREG-147 PA Required Chippenham Thurs/Fri/Sat 9am - 2pm @ £12 p.h. Start date early August
I am looking for a PA for 9am to 2pm, Thursday Friday and Saturday each week starting on the 6th of August 2021. The rate is £12 per hour. I am a registered small employer and employ my carers directly. On days worked, outside of normal hours, the PA would be on call, any call out would be extremely rare and paid at £12 an hour or part thereof. £5 per day is added to the pay to cover mobile phone costs. I am a semi-independent middle-aged man and am a wheelchair user due to a spinal injury that left me a C6/C7 tetraplegic. I need help drying, dressing and transferring from bed to wheelchair and my shower chair. Once up I am pretty independent. I also need help with the usual household tasks. I like to bake with my PAs help and I love to cook so I sometimes require help with food preparation. On occasion I need help with filing and small office tasks. I am also a keen hobbyist and sometimes need help getting out my geek stuff. I need help attending some appointments. I have my shopping delivered but sometimes need my PA to pop out for a few things for me. Other tasks as required. I don’t require qualified help, training will be provided and use the buddy system to train new PAs. I am also a child and pet friendly employer. PAREG-146: NEAR DEVIZES - 2 positions available (35 & 21 hrs)
Providing support to a gentleman with autism and learning disabilities in his own home and out in the community.  Two positions available: 35 hours and 21 hours per week.  Day shifts 9.30am - 4.00/5.00pm.  Full clean driving licence required. PAREG-145 Various shifts available - Bradford on Avon
I am an elderly lady in her 80s living in Bradford on Avon. I am passionate about dogs mainly German Shepherd's. I am supported by a care team 24 hours a day to assist me with everyday life . You will be required to support me with my mobility, prepare meals, assist me with personal care, prompt me with my medicine and general housekeeping; as well as walking my dogs in the paddock.  I have a big German Shepherd and a medium-sized Romanian rescue dog. I am looking to expand my care team and I have various shifts available.  The first being a six month maternity cover contract. The hours that require covering are Tuesday and Sunday night shift cover with a view to additional hours throughout the week and at weekends depending on the candidate’s availability. PAREG-144 Personal Assistant - Market Lavington, Devizes
Main Duties : To support the employer with her 13 year old son with profound special needs; he needs complete one to one care e.g. feeding, changing, changing of pads, hoisting (and lifting), bathing, medication etc. he needs help accessing toys and play; help is also needed with laundry, dishwasher and general tidying to support the household. You need to be happy to be active e.g. getting down on floor to play with him; happy to do a little lifting and be imaginative.  A full clean driving license is required with access to own vehicle in order to get to the very rural premises and there is a specially adapted vehicle is available for transport purposes. Location: Market Lavington, near Devizes.  Hours:  Monday & Fridays - 4-8pm  Saturdays 9 am – 7.30 pm every 2 weeks. MG128 Personal Assistant/Support Worker Required - Trowbridge - holiday cover
PA required to cover holidays for 4 other PAs. Be part of a team supporting a man in his own home in Trowbridge, giving personal care, taking to social activities and supporting him in all aspects of daily life. Would suit semi-retired person or a person who would like a rewarding job but doesn't want to work full time. Purpose of Job The aim of the role is to provide support that is required that will allow me to lead my life independently. A bit about me:  I am fun loving and I like to meet new people and keep in touch with friends and family. My passion is my creative writing and researching family history. I enjoy listening to a wide range of music and enjoy watching programmes and films. I love my cat and need help to keep her healthy.   Living in my own home and maintaining my independence is very important to me. I am a people person and love seeing my friends and family. I also like my own space to be able to concentrate on my hobbies sometimes.  I am a sufferer of Huntington’s disease and need daily help to enable me to live independently in my own home. MG139- Trowbridge - weekend support for Child - term time
A bit about me I love to play outside and run around I like listening to music, especially country music at the moments I like swinging in basket swings and jumping on trampoline I like going to farms and Country Parks I like soft play areas I have been diagnosed with Austim Spectrum Condition and I have a significant learning disability. My diagnosis mean that I need to have help every day to manage my needs. I am non verbal and I am learning how to use PECS, I have no sense of danger so need to be supervised all the time.  I also sometimes show behaviour which challenges   DRIVING LICENCE: Driving license with access to own vehicle is disirable I love to ride in all different types of vehicles. MG125 - Devizes up to 16 hours

Purpose of Job

The aim of the role is to provide support to allow A to lead her life independently, working with her to achieve outcomes rather than working ‘for’ her.  The job will entail supporting A to develop a fulfilling life in accordance with her support plan i.e. to maximise her independence and choice over daily living activities and lifestyle.  The PA will be working alone and without direct supervision; care may be required early mornings, evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays. She is close to her family and is also supported by them.

A needs support as she has Learning Difficulties. Motivation, time keeping, staying on task and general concentration to complete day to day living tasks all present challenges. Keeping healthy in terms of diet and exercise are very important elements of this PA job.

PERSONAL CARE:  It is requested that the applicant is female due to the role requiring intimate personal care. MG138 - Trowbridge - up to 20 hours per week
The aim of the role is to provide support that is required that will allow me to lead my life independently.  I am a stay-at-home parent, I like football, going to the pub and having a laugh. I live with my partner and our 3 children. We have 2 dogs, a cat and a parrot.  Being independent is the most important thing for me and not having people speak for me. I like to do things with my family and enjoy seeing my friends. I also like to go to football matches and live music events. I am looking for someone who helps me provide a good life for myself and my family.  A bit about why I need support I had an accident 7 years ago and I am now tetraplegic. I have no movement from the chest down and extremely limited use of my hands. I am a fulltime active wheelchair user. I need help with my personal care and getting in and out of my chair/bed. I also have autonomic dysreflexia, so I need someone with me in case I need my emergency meds.

MG132 - Bradford on Avon -15 hours - Monday - Friday
We are looking for a part time carer with extensive experience working with disabled children. Our 7 year old daughter has a very rare neurological condition called and suffers from epilepsy. She needs to be spoon fed and has some mobility but needs complete assistance in dressing, changing position and other daily activities. Our daughter is a very friendly and delightful girl, who enjoys music and going for quiet walks. She is non-verbal but very relational and is curious about new people. She is also very sensitive and sometimes needs emotional reassurance and comforting. She is home schooled and part of her care would also include some therapeutic and educational activities to aid her development. If you enquire we can explain more about what this entails. I am a middle aged woman with Elher-danlos (a type of hyper joint mobility).  I live independently with my two Shih-Tzu dogs.  I am looking to a Personal Assistant to join my current team of PA’s for weekends to support me in my own home with my personal care routine and with putting on my braces for my joints.  Help with meal preparation.
