Nutrition Assistant - Cricklade - up to 8 hours per week
You’re needed to help a disabled woman to plan, source and prepare a healthy plant based diet.  Assistance in other household tasks may also be required. Up to 8 hours/week to be spread over several shifts, ideally between 3pm and 7pm on any day but Sundays.  Extra hours are appreciated when other employees are on holiday or sick.  PAYE or self-employment terms are available and post holders are paid monthly. MG105 - Updated Trowbridge
Are you an experienced Carer looking for an exciting new role? My name is Kale, I am nearly 16 years old.  I love listening to music, especially 1975, Royal Blood and Twenty One Pilots.  I am a big Marvel fan and enjoy Dr Who, Star Wars and the series Stranger Things.  I have been told I have a wicked sense of humour and I do enjoy good banter. What is important to me? My family.  We are a fun-loving inclusive family who are warm and welcoming.  I live with my mum and have an older brother who is nearly 21.  Living at home and being able to develop and maintain my independence is very important to me.  I enjoy being with people and spending time with my family and our friends. A bit about why I need support: I have been in Bristol children’s hospital since September 2018. I was diagnosed with a brain tumour. Before my tumour was removed, I had a brain bleed. This has caused a serious brain injury. I am a warrior (just like my mum) and due to mine, and my family’s, positive attitude I am making slow but steady progress. I am peg fed.   I am hoping to be discharged home in September 2020 and have started to have visits outside of the hospital. I have two carers in place but need to build up my team to help my transition home and to ensure I have a team of carers in place when I do get home. We are looking for male/ female carers who have experience of working with young men who need personal care and have physical and communication needs.   We need people who are willing to be flexible with working hours as we navigate the transition process; and become more of aware of what my support package looks like from being in hospital to a home environment.   We want to welcome carers who will become part of our family. MG121 - Weekend PA - 5 hours - Royal Wootton Bassett
The aim of the role is to provide support that is required that will allow me to lead my life independently. A bit about me: I like to spend time outdoors going for walks, being in my garden, socialising with my friends and going to the theatre. I help out with a few voluntary jobs which I enjoy as I get to meet lots of new people of all ages and abilities. I have recently adopted a rescue 9 month old female cat which I adore, she has brought such joy to my life. What is important to me? i.e. Living in my own home and maintaining my independence is very important to me. I am a people person and love seeing my friends and family. A bit about why I need help:  I am a paraplegic lady who likes to be as independent as possible. I am able to drive so am able to get around which is very important to me. I am prone to pressure sores so I need to lay down for a great part of the day which is why I need some help maintaining and running my home and keeping me healthy. What support I need to enable me to live well

MG119 Sleep in required - Bromham
Female Personal Assistant Required     Sleep in required for a disabled lady living in Bromham.  10 hours per night.  2 positions available as 7 nights need to be covered.  Rate of Pay is a minimum of £55 per night, either 21.00—07.00 or 22.00—08.00.   Also required is a daytime PA to cover annual leave, and or every other weekend.  Rate of pay is £10—£15 per hour,    depending on weekday, weekend or Bank Holiday   It is requested that the applicant is female due to the role involving intimate personal care.  For this reason it is exempt under the general occupational requirement section of the Equality Act 2010. I am a 34-year-old wheelchair dependent gentleman looking for  a PA to join my team.   I live in a fully adapted bungalow and need support with all aspects of my life from attending hydrotherapy, wheelchair football, clubs and family events.   What support I need to enable me to live well I need someone to support me with:

MG112 - Ludgershall - 8 Hours
A bit about me I'm Ina, moved from Germany to UK last year with my husband and daughter and baby number two is expected for November. I'm a former events manager and love music, visual arts and nature. We currently don't have pets, but we're looking forward to becoming cow farmers one day. What is important to me. I'm mostly a kind of reserved person and only make one friend in UK yet, but I have lots of friends in Germany and family is for me one of the most important things in life. A bit about why I need support The support I need is because I have a long term arthritic condition. Normally my husband helps me on the mornings and with everything else, but when he leaves early for work, things are a bit difficult with getting ready for the day. Also getting to appointments or taking my daughter to play groups is very tough and I can't do it on my own. What support I need to enable me to live well I need someone to support me with:

PA to cover Live In carer's 2 hour break during the day Monday – Friday   About me:  I was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease (MND) in 1994 aged 34. This cruel disease has left me unable to speak or move. I communicate using a tablet so a knowledge of IT would be useful. I have 2 sons, 1 lives with me. I also have 4 grandsons, I've got a good sense of humour and I'm a young person at heart! I love F1 motor racing and rugby. I also love shopping!   Duties will include:  Opening post and filing. Writing greetings cards and wrapping presents. Looking at the Avon book and ordering. Shredding of name address junk mail. Preparing lunch, light snack and feeding me and giving me a drink. We are now seeking to recruit a new member to our team of Carers.  The team provide compassionate care and assistance to a person living with a learning disability and autism. If you have prior experience working with developmentally disabled adults in a direct care role, we encourage you to apply for this position.
