Wiltshire Autism Diagnostic Service

A small multidisciplinary team providing an autism spectrum condition (ASC) assessment service to adults with a Wiltshire GP.

They are able to offer a limited amount of post diagnostic support which is mainly to help people with an ASC learn about the condition and to access a range of appropriate mainstream services.

Direct diagnostic assessments for individuals referred by their GP, or through secondary mental health services.

The number of older people in Wiltshire is growing. For many of us, later life can be an active and fulfilling experience. However, there are thousands of local older people and their families who contact Age UK Wiltshire each year for help.
