Employment Law Advice
Wiltshire CIL itself is unable to offer Employment Law Advice
Employers should utilise the Employment Law Advice Service for any employment law related queries and for checking any contracts and disciplinary/grievance processes, etc. This service is available to all those who have FISH Employer’s Liability Insurance and is provided by Peninsula.
Peninsula can be contacted on 0344 892 2480. You must quote your policy number in order to access their expertise. Taking advice from Penisula which is put into practice as recommended, will mean that you are covered should any action be taken against you as a result of the activity.
